 Curriculum is designed to facilitate student's desired career in areas of pharmacy such as:

  • substance synthesis and analysis
  • analytic evaluation
  • biological effect assessment
  • molecular biology
  • basic pharmacological and clinical research
  • pharmaceutics economy and management in a pharmacy
  • practical pharmacy


6- month internship in a pharmacy is integral part of the study. Students can undergo the internship in the Faculty Pharmacy at University premises or choose placement in numerous pharmacies around city or abroad.


Study abroad

All foreign students are eligible for ERASMUS+ study and/or internship mobility exchange programmes at partner universities. Additionally, students can apply for Integral Mobility Grant to fund their training, internship or research projects.



 Although, the University itself does not provide scholarships for foreign students, eligible candidates can apply for Governmental Scholarships of the Czech Republic within the framework of intergovernmental exchange programmes. More information can be found on Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport of the Czech Republic.



There is a University Sports Club which students can join and use all the facilities the club has to offer. Students can go to a gym, take swimming classes, play tennis or football and even do horse riding among others. The Club also organizes skiing trips in the French Alps in winter, cycling trips in summer, and windsurfing courses in South Bohemia in summer and autumn.

Students can also earn credits for sports as a selective course.
